Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment of an individual’s knowledge and experience to determine the credit against a national qualification or unit of competence.  Tens of thousands of Australians are highly skilled after years of on-the-job and informal learning exposure and seek formal recognition through RPL.
